Field names and descriptions
School Number
Displays the code of the contact school. Edit if required.
School Class Code
Displays the class code. Edit if required.
SACE Code
Displays the SACE subject code for the class. Edit if required.
Class
Displays the SACE class for the class. Edit if required.
Variant
Displays the SACE variant for the class. Edit if required.
Stage
Displays the SACE stage (1 or 2) for the subject. Edit if required.
Units
Displays the SACE units for the subject. Edit if required.
Year
Displays the year of enrolment in the class. This cannot be altered.
Semester
Displays the semester in which the class was/is held. This cannot be altered.
Results Due
Displays when results for the subject are due (ie. Jun or Dec). This cannot be altered.
Teacher Code
Displays the identification code of the staff member teaching the class. This cannot be altered.
Accession Number
Displays the accession number of the class. This cannot be altered.
