Field names and descriptions
One or more of the following four criteria can be specified:
Student ID >>
Type or double click to select the student identification number.
Academic Period
Type the required academic period(s). Follow the recommended school structure.
(eg. 0 for the full year, 1 for Semester 1, 2 for Semester 2, 3 for Term 1, 4 for Term 2, etc).
School Year Level >>
Defaults to 10,11,12,SP. Type or double click to select the required school year level(s).
Status >>
Defaults to A (Active). Type or double click to select a different status (if required).
Add button
Click this button when you have specified one or more of the above criteria.
Remove button
Click this button to remove the selected subject record(s) from the list. Repeat this action to remove other subject records as required.
To select more than one subject from the list, hold the Shift key and drag (for a range of subjects) or the Ctrl key and click (for non-consecutive subjects).
SSABSA Enrolment Status Code
Defaults to P (Proposed). To specify a different SSABSA enrolment status code (if required), select the subject(s) and then type or double click to select an alternative code.
Note:
P, F, Z or X codes can be used by school personnel. C, E,G or W can only be applied by SSABSA.
Apply to Selected
Click this button to apply the specified SSABSA Enrolment Status Code to the subject(s) selected.
To verify that the code has been applied, if required, scroll to the right in the list box.
Enrolment Date
Default to the current year. To specify a different enrolment year (if required), select the subject(s) and then type an alternative year.
Apply to Selected
Click this button to apply the specified Enrolment Date to the subject(s) selected.
To verify that the date has been applied, if required scroll to the right in the list box.
Destination
Displays the default (c:\windows\temp\enrlimp.dat) or specified export filename and location.
Browse...
Click to specify a different export filename and location (if required).
