DATEX Export - VET Data screen

Field names and descriptions
One or more of the following four criteria can be specified:
Student ID >>
Type or double click to select the student identification number.
School Year Level >>
Defaults to 10,11,12,SP. Type or double click to select the required school year level(s).
Class Number >>
Type or double click to select the subject class code(s).
Enrol Date
Type the enrolment date in dd/mm/yyyy format.
Add button
Click this button when you have specified one or more of the above criteria.
Remove button
Click this button to remove a selected record from the list. Repeat this action to remove other records as required.
To select more than one record from the list, hold the Shift key and drag (for a range of records) or the Ctrl key and click (for non-consecutive records).
SSABSA Enrolment Status Code
Displays the student's SSABSA enrolment status code. This does not apply to this export.
Enrolment Date
Displays the student's enrolment date. This does not apply to this export.
Destination
Displays the default (c:\windows\temp\vetimp.dat) or specified export filename and location.
