Field names and descriptions
Class # (M)
Type the unique class code. This is based on the subject code with a one or two-character extension (which could include the line number, academic period or term), which should differentiate it from other classes for that subject.
Subject code >> (M)
Type or double click to select the pre-entered subject code.
Provider code >> (M)
Type or double click to select the provider code. This is normally T (for Teacher).
Team teacher
Click this option if the subject class is being team-taught (ie. more than one teacher).
Teacher ID >> (M)
Type or double click to select the teacher ID.
Teaching room >> (M)
Type or double click to select the teaching room/location.
Line #
If the school uses a line timetable structure, type the line number (eg. 4) for this class. Schedules will then be generated.
Term
Type the term in which the subject or roll class commences. This must be completed if the school uses Student Parent Reporting (SPRs).
Academic per.
Type the academic period of the class. Follow the recommended school structure.
(eg. 0 for the full year, 1 for Semester 1, 2 for Semester 2, 3 for Term 1, 4 for Term 2, etc).
SACE Class
Type the 2 character SACE class.
SACE Var.
Type the 2 character SACE variant.
Max. count
Type the maximum number of students that can be present in the class at the same time.
Semester
Type the semester in which this class is held (1 or 2).
Current # males
Displays the current number of males in the class (when a headcount is requested).
Current # females
Displays the current number of females in the class (when a headcount is requested).
Results Due (J or D)
Type when results for the subject are due (ie. Jun or Dec).
Accession Number
Displays the accession number for this class.
