Field names and descriptions
Student ID (M)
Displays the student identification number.
Class # >> (M)
Type or double click to select the class code.
Semester
Type the semester in which the class is held (1 or 2).
Acad. period (M)
Type the academic period of the class. Follow the recommended school structure.
(eg. 0 for the full year, 1 for Semester 1, 2 for Semester 2, 3 for Term 1, 4 for Term 2, etc).
Subject Code >>
Type or double click to select the subject code.
School year (M)
Type the school year in which the class was undertaken.
Year level >>
Type or double click to select the year level of the subject.
Teacher >>
Type or double click to select the staff identification code.
SACE Class
Type the SACE class code.
SAVE Var.
Type the SACE variant.
Final
Click this tick box if this is the student's final result for this subject.
Assessment >> (M)
Type or double click to select the student's assessment/level for this assessment (for this class).
Recommendation
To be completed in line with school policy. For example, the default of Y could represent a recommendation that the student continue studying in this subject, otherwise N is typed. The field will only accept Y or N.

Points
To be completed in line with school policy. For example, this could represent the points the student has received in this class towards graduating.

Displays the school grade given to the student for this subject. This is updated during a DATEX import and cannot be altered.
HEES
Displays the Higher Education Entrance Score attained by the student in order to attend this subject. This is updated during a DATEX import and cannot be altered.
VET Enrol Date
Type the date the student enrolled in the VET module linked to this class (in dd/mm/yy format).
Lev. Result
Displays the levelled result for the student for this subject. This is updated during a DATEX import and cannot be altered.
Enrl. Status
Type or double click to select the student's enrolment status in the VET module. This is updated during a DATEX import.
Module ID >>
Type or double click to select the identification code of the VET module that is linked to this class.
