SYS Adding calendars

This system task is used to add calendars.
Path: School Module... > Calendar... > Setup New Calendar
[arrow.gif] From the Main Menu
  1. Click School Module....
    The School Module... menu displays.
  2. Click Calendar....
    The Calendar... menu displays.
  3. Click Setup New Calendar.
    The Setup New Calendar screen displays.
  4. Enter all available details and click OK.
  5. Do one of the following:
  6. The new calendar is generated and the old calendar is overwritten.
    The Event Description list displays.
  7. Click New.
    The School Event Description screen displays.
  8. Enter all available details and click Save.
    The Select Date screen displays.
  9. Enter all available details and click OK.
  10. Do one of the following:
    • To enter another event click New, the fields clear, and repeat steps 8.
    • Click Cancel twice.
      The Event Description list displays.
      • Click Cancel.
        The New School Calendar register was created message displays.
      • Click OK.
        The Calendar... menu displays.
      • Click Main to return to the Main menu .
