Allocate Students to Absences screen

Field names and descriptions
Select Students By
A roll class, year level, subject, class code or gender should be entered. You can also have a combination of these.
Roll Class >>
Type or double click to select the roll class.
Year Level >>
Type or double click to select the year level.
Subj. Code >>
Type or double click to select the subject code.
Class # >>
Type or double click to select the class code.
Gender
Type the gender of the students (if required).
Status >> (M)
Defaults to A (Active). Type or double click to select a different status (if required).
For
From Date (M)
Defaults to the current date. Type a different start date, in dd/mm/yy format (if required).
To Date
Type the end date if relevant (in dd/mm/yy format).
If this field is blank, absences will only be allocated to the date specified in the From Date field.
Part Of Day >> (M)
Type or double click to select the part of the day the absences covers.
Reason >> (M)
Type or double click to select the reason for the absences.
Note
Type additional notes (if required).
