Displays the identification number allocated to the asset.
Insurance company
Type the name of the insurance company.
Policy #
Type the number of the insurance policy.
Date payment due
Type the date the first payment is due in dd/mm/yy format.
Insurance cost
Type the cost of the insurance policy.
Removable
Click to indicate whether the asset can be removed from the site.
