P/G ID (M)
Tab past this field. A parent/guardian identification code will be automatically generated, usually consisting of the first four letters of the family name, followed by two numbers.
Family Name (M)
Type the family name (surname) of the second parent/guardian.

Type or double click to select the title of the second parent/guardian.
Given (M)
Type the given name of the second parent/guardian.
Gender (M)
Type the gender of the second parent/guardian.
Occupation
Type the occupation of the second parent/guardian.
Work Location
Type the work location of the second parent/guardian.
Work phone
Type the daytime phone number of the second parent/guardian (including STD code and work extension number).
Mobile phone
Type a mobile telephone number (if supplied).
