P/G ID (M)
Tab past this field. A parent/guardian identification code will be automatically generated, usually consisting of the first four letters of the family name, followed by two numbers.
Family Name (M)
Type the family name (surname) of the first parent/guardian.
Title >>
Type or double click to select the title of the first parent/guardian.
Given (M)
Type the given name of the first parent/guardian.
Gender (M)
Type the gender of the first parent/guardian.
Occupation
Type the occupation of the first parent/guardian.
Work Location
Type the work location of the first parent/guardian.
Work phone
Type the daytime phone number of the first parent/guardian (including STD code and work extension number).
Mobile phone
Type a mobile telephone number (if supplied).

Type or double click to select the cultural background of the first parent/guardian.
