Field names and descriptions
Student ID >>
Displays the identification number of the selected student.
Part of Day >>
Defaults to D (All Day). Type or double click to select
the part of the day the student was absent.
Reason >>
Defaults to U (Unexplained). Type or double click to
select the reason the student was absent.
Note
Type any additional notes.
