Field names and descriptions
Key number (M)
Type in the serial number etched on the key or an assigned internal key reference number.
Property ref. >> (M)
Type or double click to select the property reference number for the room, asset or lock to which the key belongs.
Purpose
Type a description of the way the key is used. If there is more than one key for the room, asset or lock, use this field to describe the difference between the keys.
