Field names and descriptions
Reference (M)
Type the school reference code used to identify the building.
BLAMS Building No.
Type the BLAMS (Building Land Asset Management System) number allocated to the building. BLAMS numbers are comprised of two fields:

the first field displays the building number
the second field displays the room number.

Room No.
Type the BLAMS room number allocated to the room if BLAMS numbers are used. See BLAMS Building No.
Name
Type a short description of the property.
Show on TT grid
Click this option to include the room or building in the timetable.
Type >>
Type or double click to select a noun that describes the property.
Group >>
Type or double click to select a group to which this property belongs.
Capacity
Type the maximum number of students that can use the area at one time.
Fee
Type the cost that is charged to a user or cost centre when the property is hired to other agencies.
Note
Type any other comments. The Note field is 50 characters long.
