Displays the asset identification number.
Comp ID (M)
Type the identification number of the asset component.
Description
Type a description.
Make
Type the name of the manufacturer.
Serial #
Type the asset serial number supplied by the manufacturer.
Model
Type the manufacturer's name for the model.
Date rcvd.
Type the date the asset was received.
Faculty>>
Type or double click to select the faculty responsible for the asset.
Order #
Type the school purchase order number.
Location>>
Type or double click to select the location of the asset.
Year of replacement
Type the year (in yy format) in which the school plans to replace the asset.
Warranty expires
Type the date the warranty expires in dd/mm/yy format.
Cost
Type the cost of the asset without a dollar sign.
Engraved
Click if the asset component is engraved with an ID number.
Position
Type the position of the engraving.
Inscription
Type the exact inscription engraved on the asset.
