Field names and descriptions
Day Period >>
(M)
Type or double click to select the day period. The day
period code is a combination of the day number (eg. day 4 - Thursday) and the
period number (eg. period 2). Another example of a period could be 5L, where
the 5 represents Friday and the L represents lunch.
Line # (M)
Type the line reference number that relates to this
day period. Two or more grids can be used in the same table.
Example.
Year 12 subject choices could be as follows:
