Select students for image import: screen

Field names and descriptions
Specify one or more of the following four criteria (if required):
Student ID >>
Type or double click to select the student identification number.
School Year Level >>
Type or double click to select the school year level.
Roll Class >>
Type or double click to select the roll class.
Status >>
Type or double click to select the status.
Directory containing student images
Displays the directory/folder containing the student bitmap (.bmp) photo images.
Browse
Click this button to select the drive and directory/folder that contains the student images.
To specify the location, select one student image file in the directory/folder and click Open.
Add button
Click this button when you have chosen one or more of the above criteria.
Remove button
Click this button to remove a selected student from the student list. Repeat this action to remove other students as required.
To select more than one student from the list, hold the Shift key (for a range of students) or the Ctrl key (for a random selection of students).
