Staff ID
Displays the staff identification code.
Accident Reference
Displays the accident reference number.
A staff or student ID must be entered.
Staff Witness ID >>
Type or double click to select the identification code
of the staff member who was witness to the accident.
Student Witness ID >>
Type or double click to select the identification number
of the student who was witness to the accident.
Witness Status >>
(M)
Type or double click to select the status of the witness.
Witness No.
Displays the witness number.
First, Last, Prev and Next buttons
Use these buttons to display other witnesses (if more
than one exists).
