Student ID >> (M)
Displays the student identification number.
Date (M)
Type the date of the comment in dd/mm/yy format.
Comment code >> (M)
Type or double click to select the three character comment code.
Staff ID >>
Type or double click to select the staff identification code.
Comment
Type the student anecdotal comments.
