Parent/Guardian 1 ID >>
Displays the identification code of the first parent/guardian.
Relationship >>
Type or double click to select the relationship that parent/guardian 1 has with the student.
Parent/Guardian 2 ID >>
Displays the identification code of the second parent/guardian (if one exists).
Relationship >>
Type or double click to select the relationship that parent/guardian 2 (if one exists) has with the student.
Family Phone
Type the phone number of the family home (including STD code).

Click this tick box if the telephone number is silent/unlisted.
