Student ID (M)
Displays the student identification number.
P/G ID >> (M)
Type or double click to select the identification code of the 'relation'. It is likely that a new ID will need to be created.
Relationship >>
Type or double click to select the relationship that this person has with the student.
Access
Click this option if a custody order is in place for the student, which relates to this person.
Separate report
Click this option if a separate student parent (student assessment) report is required for this person (ie. a Student Report Card).
Recvs. other corresp.
Click this option if this person receives other correspondence relating to the student.
Student resides with P/G
Click this option if the student lives with this person.
