Field names and descriptions
Student ID (M)
Displays the student identification number.
Subj. code >> (M)
Type or double click to select the subject code.
Class # >> (M)
Type or double click to select the class code.
Course name >>
To be completed in line with school policy. Sometimes used where a course/unit structure applies, eg. a student can have a subject (chosen here) to be a substitute for another subject. Can also be used to display a code for a more general subject.
Status
Type the status of the student in this class, to be completed in line with school policy. Can indicate student withdrawal from a subject.
Mother Tongue
Click this tick box if the student is enrolled in a language subject and the language is the student's mother tongue.
VET Module ID >>
Type or double click to select the identification code of the primary VET module that links to this subject.
SSABSA Enrol. Status >>
Type or double click to select the student's SSABSA enrolment status in the class. This will be automatically entered during a DATEX import.
SSABSA Enrol Date
Type the date the student enrolled in the class. This will be automatically entered during a DATEX import.
