Displays the student identification number.
Activity code >> (M)
Type or double click to select the sport/activity code.
SAR
Click to tag the sport/activity for printing on the student's SAR.
Year
Defaults to the current year. Type another year (if required) to indicate the year the activity took place.
Comment
Type any additional comments about the sport or activity.
