Field names and descriptions
Student ID >> (M)
Displays the student identification number.
District School >> (M)
Displays the district school. If required, type or double click to select a different district school.
Enrolling at DECS School
Defaults to ticked. If the student is not transferring to a DECS School, click the tick box to de-select this option.
Reason >>
If the student is not transitioning to a DECS School, type or double click to select a reason.
District School is 1st Preference
Defaults to ticked. If the district school is not the student's first preference, click the tick box to de-select this option.
1st Preference >>
If the district school is not the student's first preference, type or double click to select the student's first preference school.
2nd Preference >>
If the district school is not the student's first preference, type or double click to select the student's second preference school (if required).
3rd Preference >>
If the district school is not the student's first preference, type or double click to select the student's third preference school (if required).
Final Placement >>
If the district school is the student's first preference, the district school displays. Otherwise this field is left blank.
