Student ID (M)
Displays the student identification number.
Mode of transport >>
Type or double click to select the student's usual mode of transport to and from school.
Approval Category >>
Type or double click to indicate if the student is eligible or ineligible to travel on a school bus.
This is determined by school policy.
Conveyance Allowance >>
Type or double click to indicate if the government provides financial assistance to a student for a particular mode of transport.
This is determined by government policy.
Expiry Date
Type the expiry date of the conveyance allowance (in dd/mm/yy format).
Vehicle reg #
Type the student's vehicle registration number.
Driver ID >>
Type or double click to select the identification number of the student that is driving (if different to Student ID).
A.M. Travel route >>
Type or double click to select the code for the student's morning bus/taxi route.
Stop
Type the bus stop where the student normally boards the bus/taxi in the morning.
Time
Type the time that the student normally boards the bus/taxi in the morning (in ##:## format, eg. 08:15).
P.M. Travel route >>
Type or double click to select the code for the student's afternoon bus/taxi route.
Stop
Type the bus stop where the student normally boards the bus/taxi in the afternoon.
Time
Type the time that the student normally boards the bus/taxi in the afternoon (in ##:## format, eg. 16:45).
Special requirement >>
Type or double click to specify special transport requirements for the student (eg. wheelchair).
