SYS Adding staff details quickly

This system task is used to nominate which staff screens are to be used to add the staff member details. By nominating the required screens, redundant screens are omitted and the adding process is quicker.
Path: Staff Module... > Utilities... > Quick Staff Add
[arrow.gif] From the Main Menu
  1. Click Staff Module....
    The Staff Module... menu displays.
  2. Click Utilities....
    The Utilities... menu displays.
  3. Click Quick Staff Add.
    The Quick Staff Processing screen displays.
  4. Click to select the required screens and click OK.
    The first nominated screen displays.
  5. Enter all available details and click Save.
    The next nominated screen displays.
  6. To add details to all nominated screens repeat step 5.
  7. Click Cancel to return to the Utilities... menu .
    You will be prompted to add another staff member.
  8. Do one of the following:
  9. Click Main to return to the Main menu .
  10. Click Yes to add another staff member, and repeat steps 5 - 7.
