SYS Adding student other subject details
This system task is used to add other subjects completed by students, prior to the introduction of Student Achievement Records (SARs).
Path: Student Module... > Student Utilities... > SAR... > Other Subjects Completed
[arrow.gif] From the Main Menu
  1. Click Student Module...
    The Student Module... menu displays.
  2. Click Student Utilities...
    The Student Utilities... menu displays.
  3. Click SAR...
    The SAR... menu displays.
  4. Click Other Subjects Completed
    The Student Other Subjects Completed list displays.
  5. Click New.
    The Student Other Subject Details screen displays.
  6. Enter all details and click Save.
  7. To enter additional subjects completed, repeat steps 5 to 6.
  8. Click Cancel repeatedly to return to the SAR... menu .
  9. Click Main to return to the Main menu .
