SYS Adding reference table records

This system task is used to add options to reference tables.
Path: Utilities... > Support/Configuration... > Lookup Tables Maint.
[arrow.gif] From the Main Menu
  1. Click Utilities....
    The Utilities... menu displays.
  2. Click Support/Configuration....
    The Support / Configuration... menu displays.
  3. Click Lookup Tables Maint.
    The Reference Tables Maintenance screen displays.
  4. Double click the required table (eg. RTRolCla - Roll Class Reference table).
    The Reference Table list displays.
    Note:
    Some reference tables can only be changed by the department. Access is denied to these tables.
  5. Click New.
    The Reference table details screen displays.
  6. Enter all details.

    If creating roll classes, use a consistent code structure that will apply even if staff, composition and room are to change. This roll class code cannot be changed later, however the related staff and room codes can be. This will allow temporary staff and room codes (that are not already being used) to be allocated, until the correct information is known.
  7. Click Save.
  8. Do one of the following:
    • To enter another option, click New and repeat steps 7 - 8.
    • To return to the Main menu , click Cancel repeatedly to return to the Main menu .
  9. Click Main to return to the Main menu .
