SYS Adding future schedule details
This system task is used to create school schedules for future years. The future class you are creating a schedule for must already have been created.
Path: Curriculum Module... > Timetabling... > Schedule... > Future Schedule
[arrow.gif] From the Main Menu
  1. Click Curriculum Module....
    The Curriculum Module... menu displays.
  2. Click Timetabling...
    The Timetabling... menu displays.
  3. Click Schedule....
    The Schedule... menu displays.
  4. Click Future Schedule.
    The Future Schedule Details list displays.
  5. Type or double click to select a class number.
    Other schedules if they exist will be displayed.
  6. Click New.
    The Future School Schedule Details screen displays.
  7. Enter all required details and click Save.
  8. Click Cancel repeatedly to return to the Schedule... menu .
  9. Click Main to return to the Main menu .
