SYS Allocating students to future classes
This system task is used to bulk-allocate students to future subject classes, but can be used for individual students.
Related system tasks include:
Path: Student Module... > Class Allocations... > Future Classes
[arrow.gif] From the Main Menu
  1. Click Student Module...
    The Student Module... menu displays.
  2. Click Class Allocations...
    The Class Allocations... menu displays.
  3. Click Future Classes.
    The Allocate Students to Future Classes screen displays.
  4. Enter all required details and click OK.
    The Select Participants list displays.
  5. Do one or more of the following:
    • To select all students, click Select All.
    • To de-select all students, click Unsel All.
    • To select or de-select students individually, double click the required student record.
      Note:
      Students selected for allocation will display Y in the Selected column and students not selected will display N.
  6. Click OK.
    A confirmation message displays confirming the number of students allocated.
  7. Click OK.
    The Allocate Students to Future Classes screen displays.
  8. To allocate more students to future subject classes, repeat steps 4 to 7.
  9. Click Cancel to return to the Class Allocations... menu .
  10. Click Main to return to the Main menu .
