SYS Copying future course details to current courses
This system task is used to copy future course details to current courses.
Path: Utilities... > End of year... > Student End of Year... > Current course to Future
[arrow.gif] From the Main Menu
  1. Click Utilities....
    The Utilities... menu displays.
  2. Click End of year....
    The End of Year... menu displays.
  3. Click Student End of Year....
    The Student End of Year... menu displays.
  4. Click Future course to Current.
    The Copy Future Course Details to Current screen displays.
    Caution:
    The following tables are overwritten with the details of the current courses:
    StudeFCO overwrites StudeCOO
    SchooFCD overwrites SchooCD
    SchooFSC overwrites SchooSCH
  5. Click OK.
    The number of records deleted and transferred message displays.
  6. Click OK.
  7. Click Main to return to the Main menu .
