SYS Deleting staff TRT usage records

This system task is used to delete staff TRT usage records.
Related system tasks include:
Path: Staff Module... > Absences and Reliefs... > Delete TRT Usage Records
[arrow.gif] From the Main Menu
  1. Click Staff Module....
    The Staff Module... menu displays.
  2. Click Absences and Reliefs....
    The Absences and Reliefs... menu displays.
  3. Click Delete TRT Usage Records.
    The Delete TRT records from system screen displays.
  4. Accept the default date or type the required date and click OK.
    The Are you sure? message displays.
  5. Click Yes.
    All staff TRT usage records (prior to and including the date specified) will be deleted.
    The successful deletion message displays.
  6. Click OK.
    The Absences and Reliefs... menu displays.
  7. Click Main to return to the Main menu .
