From the Main Menu

Click Staff Module....
The
Staff Module... menu
displays.
-
Click Absences and Reliefs....
The
Absences and Reliefs... menu
displays.
-
Click Delete TRT Usage Records.
The
Delete TRT records from system screen
displays.
-
Accept the default date or type the required date
and click OK.
The Are you sure? message displays.
-
Click Yes.
All staff TRT usage records (prior to and including the date specified) will
be deleted.
The successful deletion message
displays.
-
Click OK.
The
Absences and Reliefs... menu
displays.
-
Click Main to return to the
Main menu
.
