SYS Displaying school information records
This system task is used to display school information records.
Path: School Module... > Information This School
[arrow.gif] From the Main Menu
  1. Click School Module....
    The School Module... menu displays.
  2. Click Information This School.
    The School Information screen displays.
  3. Read the required information.
  4. Click Cancel repeatedly to return to the School Module... menu , then click Main to return to the Main menu or do one or more of the following:
[arrow.gif] To display the term dates
  1. From the List Box, double click 2-School Information Part 2.
    The School Information - Part 2 screen displays.
  2. Read the required information.
  3. Click Cancel repeatedly to return to the School Module... menu , then click Main to return to the Main menu or do the following:
[arrow.gif] To display the campus
  1. From the List Box, double click C-Campuses.
    The Student Campus Reference Table list displays.
  2. Double click the required campus record.
    The Student Campus Reference Table screen displays.
  3. Read the required information.
  4. Click Cancel repeatedly to return to the School Module... menu .
  5. Click Main to return to the Main menu .
