SYS Displaying key holders
This system task is used to display the holder of a key to a room, lock or asset.
Related system tasks include:
Path: School Module... > Keys... > Key Holders
[arrow.gif] From the Main Menu
  1. Click School Module....
    The School Module... menu displays.
  2. Click Keys....
    The Keys... menu displays.
  3. Click Key Holders.
    The Key Holders Check screen displays.
  4. Double click the Key number and select the staff member to be displayed.
  5. Read the required information.
  6. Click Cancel repeatedly to return to the Keys... menu .
  7. Click Main to return to the Main menu .
