SYS Editing or deleting staff allocation records

This system task is used to edit or delete staff allocation records.
Path: School Module... > Information This School
[arrow.gif] From the Main Menu
  1. Click School Module....
    The School Module... menu displays.
  2. Click Information This School.
    The School Information screen displays.
  3. From the List Box, double click A-Staff Allocation.
    The Ext. Staff Allocation Table list displays.
  4. Double click the required staff allocation record.
    The Staff Allocation Table screen displays.
  5. Click Edit.
[arrow.gif] To edit the record
  1. Change all appropriate details and click Save.
  2. Click Cancel repeatedly to return to the School Module... menu .
  3. Click Main to return to the Main menu .
[arrow.gif] To delete the record
  1. Click Delete.
    The Delete this record? message displays.
  2. Click Yes.
  3. Click Cancel repeatedly to return to the School Module... menu .
  4. Click Main to return to the Main menu .
