From the Main Menu

Click School Module....
The
School Module... menu
displays.
-
Click Information This School.
The
School Information screen
displays.
To edit or delete the school information
record
-
Click Edit.
-
Do one of the following:
-
To edit the record change all appropriate details
and click Save.
-
To delete the record click Delete.
The Delete this record? message
displays.
-
Click Cancel repeatedly to return to the
School Module... menu
, then click Main to return to the
Main menu
or do one or more of the following:
To edit or delete the term dates
-
From the List Box,
double click 2-School Information Part 2.
The
School Information - Part 2 screen
displays.
-
Click Edit.
-
Do one of the following:
-
To edit the record change all appropriate details
and click Save.
-
To delete the record click Delete.
The Delete this record? message
displays.
-
Do one of the following:
To edit or delete campus records
-
From the List Box,
double click C-Campuses.
The Student Campus Reference Table
list displays.
-
Double click the required campus record.
The
Student Campus Reference Table screen
displays.
-
Click Edit.
-
Do one of the following:
-
To edit the record change all appropriate details
and click Save.
-
To delete the record click Delete.
The Delete this record? message
displays.
-
Click Cancel repeatedly to return to the
School Module... menu
.

Click Main to return to the
Main menu
.
