SYS Editing or deleting school information records

This system task is used to edit or delete school information records.
Path: School Module... > Information This School
[arrow.gif] From the Main Menu
  1. Click School Module....
    The School Module... menu displays.
  2. Click Information This School.
    The School Information screen displays.
[arrow.gif] To edit or delete the school information record
  1. Click Edit.
  2. Do one of the following:
  3. Click Cancel repeatedly to return to the School Module... menu , then click Main to return to the Main menu or do one or more of the following:
[arrow.gif] To edit or delete the term dates
  1. From the List Box, double click 2-School Information Part 2.
    The School Information - Part 2 screen displays.
  2. Click Edit.
  3. Do one of the following:
    • To edit the record change all appropriate details and click Save.
    • To delete the record click Delete.
      The Delete this record? message displays.
      • Click Yes.
  4. Do one of the following:
[arrow.gif] To edit or delete campus records
  1. From the List Box, double click C-Campuses.
    The Student Campus Reference Table list displays.
  2. Double click the required campus record.
    The Student Campus Reference Table screen displays.
  3. Click Edit.
  4. Do one of the following:
    • To edit the record change all appropriate details and click Save.
    • To delete the record click Delete.
      The Delete this record? message displays.
      • Click Yes.
  5. Click Cancel repeatedly to return to the School Module... menu .
  6. Click Main to return to the Main menu .
