SYS Editing or deleting staff car records

This system task is used to edit or delete a staff member's car information.
Path: Staff Module... > Car Information
[arrow.gif] From the Main Menu
  1. Click Staff Module....
    The Staff Module... menu displays.
  2. Click Car Information.
    The Staff Vehicle Registration list displays.
  3. Double click the required car record.
    The Staff Vehicle Registration screen displays.
  4. Click Edit.
[arrow.gif] To edit the record
  1. Change all appropriate details and click Save.
  2. Click Cancel repeatedly to return to the Staff Module... menu .
  3. Click Main to return to the Main menu .
[arrow.gif] To delete the record
  1. Click Delete.
    The Delete this record? message displays.
  2. Click Yes.
  3. Click Cancel repeatedly to return to the Staff Module... menu .
  4. Click Main to return to the Main menu .
