SYS Editing or deleting staff emergency contacts

This system task is used to edit or delete staff emergency contact details.
Path: Staff Module... > Emergency Contacts
[arrow.gif] From the Main Menu
  1. Click Staff Module....
    The Staff Module... menu displays.
  2. Click Emergency Contacts.
    The Staff Emergency Contact Details list displays.
  3. Type or select the Staff ID.
  4. Double click the required staff emergency contact record.
    The Staff Emergency Contact screen displays.
  5. Click Edit.
[arrow.gif] To edit the record
  1. Change all appropriate details and click Save.
  2. Click Cancel repeatedly to return to the Staff Module... menu .
  3. Click Main to return to the Main menu .
[arrow.gif] To delete the record
  1. Click Delete.
    The Delete this record? message displays.
  2. Click Yes.
  3. Click Cancel repeatedly to return to the Staff Module... menu .
  4. Click Main to return to the Main menu .
