SYS Editing or deleting staff other duties details

This system task is used to edit or delete staff other duties details.
Path: Staff Module... > Other Duties
[arrow.gif] From the Main Menu
  1. Click Staff Module....
    The Staff Module... menu displays.
  2. Click Other Duties.
    The Staff Other Duties Details list displays.
  3. Double click the required staff other duties record.
    The Staff Other Duties Details screen displays.
  4. Click Edit.
[arrow.gif] To edit the record
  1. Change all appropriate details and click Save.
  2. Click Cancel repeatedly to return to the Staff Module... menu .
  3. Click Main to return to the Main menu .
[arrow.gif] To delete the record
  1. Click Delete.
    The Delete this record? message displays.
  2. Click Yes.
  3. Click Cancel repeatedly to return to the Staff Module... menu .
  4. Click Main to return to the Main menu .
