SYS Editing or deleting staff teaching subjects

This system task is used to edit or delete staff teaching subject records.
Path: Staff Module... > Teaching Subjects
[arrow.gif] From the Main Menu
  1. Click Staff Module....
    The Staff Module... menu displays.
  2. Click Teaching Subjects.
    The Staff Teaching Subjects list displays.
  3. Double click the required teaching subjects record.
    The Staff Teaching Subjects screen displays.
  4. Click Edit.
[arrow.gif] To edit the record
  1. Change all appropriate details and click Save.
  2. Click Cancel repeatedly to return to the Staff Module... menu .
  3. Click Main to return to the Main menu .
[arrow.gif] To delete the record
  1. Click Delete.
    The Delete this record? message displays.
  2. Click Yes.
  3. Click Cancel repeatedly to return to the Staff Module... menu .
  4. Click Main to return to the Main menu .
