SYS Editing or deleting archived staff member records

This system task is used to edit or delete staff archived records.
Otherwise, use the system task:
Path: Staff Module... > Utilities... > Archived Staff Members
[arrow.gif] From the Main Menu
  1. Click Staff Module....
    The Staff Module... menu displays.
  2. Click Utilities....
    The Utilities... menu displays.
  3. Click Archived Staff Members
    The Staff Archive Details list displays.
  4. Double click the required archived staff record.
    The Staff Archive Details screen displays.
  5. Click Edit.
[arrow.gif] To edit the record
  1. Change all appropriate details and click Save.
  2. Click Cancel repeatedly to return to the Utilities... menu .
  3. Click Main to return to the Main menu .
[arrow.gif] To delete the record
  1. Click Delete.
    The Delete this record? message displays.
  2. Click Yes.
  3. Click Cancel repeatedly to return to the Utilities... menu .
  4. Click Main to return to the Main menu .
