SYS Editing or deleting student absentee records

This system task is used to edit or delete student absence records.
Path: Student Module... > Absences... > Student Absentee Details
[arrow.gif] From the Main Menu
  1. Click Student Module...
    The Student Module... menu displays.
  2. Click Absences...
    The Absences... menu displays.
  3. Click Student Absentee Details.
    The Student Absence Details list displays.
  4. Type or select the Student ID number.
    All student absence records will be displayed.
  5. Double click the required absence record.
    The Student Absence Detail screen displays.
[arrow.gif] To edit the record
  1. Click Edit.
  2. Change all appropriate details and click Save.
  3. Click Cancel repeatedly to return to the Student Module... menu .
  4. Click Main to return to the Main menu .
[arrow.gif] To delete the record
  1. Click Edit.
  2. Click Delete.
    The Delete this record? message displays.
  3. Click Yes.
  4. To delete other absence records (if required), select the appropriate absence record and repeat steps 1 to 3 immediately above.
  5. Click Cancel repeatedly to return to the Student Module... menu .
  6. Click Main to return to the Main menu .
