From the Main Menu

Click Student Module...
The
Student Module... menu
displays.
-
Click Emergency Contacts.
The Student Emergency Contact Information
list displays.
-
Type or select the Student
ID number.
All emergency contacts will be displayed.
-
Double click the required emergency contact record.
The
Student Emergency Contact Information screen
displays.
To edit or delete an emergency
contact
-
Click Edit.
-
Do one of the following:
-
To edit the record
-
Change all appropriate details and click Save.
-
To delete the record
-
Click Delete.
The Delete this record?
message displays.
-
Click Yes.
-
Click Cancel repeatedly to return to the
Student Module... menu
and click Main to return to the
Main menu
, or do the following:
To edit or delete doctor details
-
From the List Box, double
click A-Doctor's Information.
The
Student Medical Information screen
displays.
-
Click Edit.
-
Do one of the following:
-
To edit the record
-
Change all appropriate details and click Save.
-
To delete the record
-
Click Delete.
The Delete this record?
message displays.
-
Click Yes.
-
Click Cancel repeatedly to return to the
Student Module... menu
.
-
Click Main to return to the
Main menu
.
