SYS Editing reference table records

This system task is used to edit reference tables.
Path: Utilities... > Support/Configuration... > Lookup Tables Maint.
[arrow.gif] From the Main Menu
  1. Click Utilities....
    The Utilities... menu displays.
  2. Click Support/Configuration....
    The Support / Configuration... menu displays.
  3. Click Lookup Tables Maint.
    The Reference Tables Maintenance screen displays.
  4. Select the table that is to be edited and click OK.
    The selected reference table list displays.
    Note:
    Some reference tables can only be changed by DECS. Access is denied to these tables.
  5. Double click the required record.
    The reference table screen displays with the selected record.
  6. Click Edit.

  1. Change appropriate details and click Save.
  2. Click Cancel repeatedly to return to the Utilities... menu .
  3. Click Main to return to the Main menu .
[arrow.gif] To delete the record
  1. Click Delete.
    The Delete this record? message displays.
  2. Click Yes.
  3. Click Cancel repeatedly to return to the Utilities... menu .
  4. Click Main to return to the Main menu .
