SYS Generating future schedule records
This system task is used to generate future schedule records for use in future timetables.
Path: Curriculum Module... > Timetabling... > Schedule... > Re-schedule Future
[arrow.gif] From the Main Menu
  1. Click Curriculum Module....
    The Curriculum Module... menu displays.
  2. Click Timetabling...
    The Timetabling... menu displays.
  3. Click Schedule....
    The Schedule... menu displays.
  4. Click Re-schedule Future.
    The Generate Future Schedule Records screen displays.
    Note:
    If existing future schedule records exist for this class (in the future schedule table) they will be overwritten when you click OK.
  5. Click OK.
    Future schedule records will be generated.
    The Schedule... menu displays.
  6. Click Main to return to the Main menu .
