SYS Performing school end of year asset depreciation
As part of the school end of year roll over process, this system task is used to depreciate assets.
Path: Utilities... > End of year... > School End of Year... > Asset Depreciation
[arrow.gif] From the Main Menu
  1. Click Utilities....
    The Utilities... menu displays.
  2. Click End of year....
    The End of Year... menu displays.
  3. Click School End of Year...
    The School End of Year... menu displays.
  4. Click Asset Depreciation.
    The School End of Year Processing screen displays.
  5. Click OK.
    The School message displays.
  6. Click OK.
    The Setup new calendar record displays.
  7. Do one of the following:
  8. Click Main to return to the Main menu .
