The Report Viewer
The
Report Viewer is used to display, print or save reports and timetables.
To print the report:

Click To Printer!.
The Print dialog box displays.

Click OK.
The Printing message displays
and the report is sent to the printer.

Close the Report Viewer
screen.
To save the report as a file:

Click To File!.
The Save As dialog displays.

Type a file name of up to 8 characters (no spaces)
over the top of the existing name. Try to use a name that is similar to the
name of the report, so that the file can be easily located later.

Select a drive to which you would like to save the
file (using the drive drop-down list). You may need to scroll through the drop-down
list. Regardless, when you see the drive you require, click on it.

Select a folder to which you would like to save
the file.
Note: Double clicking a folder will open it. Sometimes it pays to scroll
to the top of the folder list (if necessary) and double click the first folder.
You can then work your way down to the folder you require (by double clicking).

Click OK.
A Columns heading also? message
displays.

If column headings are required, click Yes,
otherwise, click No.
The report is saved as a text file.

Close the Report Viewer
screen.
