Field names and descriptions
Family Name
Displays the family name of the student on the disk.
Given
Displays the given name of the student on the disk.
Student ID >> (M)
Displays the student identification number (if there appears to be a match). If necessary, select the appropriate student by pressing Shift+F6. If this field is blank/grayed out, the student data has already been matched and imported.
Import Data button
When a match is made, click the Import Data button to import the student's data.
First, Last, Prev and Next buttons
Use these buttons to scroll through the records, to ensure all students are matched and imported.
