Transition Utilities... menu

Button names and descriptions
District School Allocations
Click to access the District School Allocation screen. This screen is used to select students that have completed their final year and allocating them to their future district school.
Final Placement
Click to access the Select Auto or Manual Student Final Placements screen. This screen is used to export data files, which are sent to the secondary schools the students will attend.
Transition 7-8
Click to access the Select Student Range screen. This screen is used to process student details from ED176 Mailmerge [StuT_ED176] report forms when primary students are transferring to secondary schools (on a separate computer network).
Transition JP-P
Click to access the Select Student Range screen. This screen is used to process student details when junior primary students are transferring to primary schools (on a separate computer network).
Reports
Click to view or print student transition reports.
Transition Out
Click to access the Transition out screen. This screen is used to bulk process students who are leaving to attend a primary or secondary school (where the records are on a separate computer network).
Transition In
Click to access the Transition In screen. This screen is used to bulk process incoming students from junior primary or primary schools (where the records are on a separate computer network).
Clear Previous Transitions
Click to clear previous transition information.
Transfer Students...
Click to access the Transfer Students... menu, which is always used to transfer one or more students in/out of a school (other than that covered by the transition in/out process).
