VET Student Linking screen

Field names and descriptions
Complete this screen in the following order:
(1) Classes
Displays classes that have VET modules linked to them. Select the class you require.
(2) Modules
Displays the VET modules linked to the class you have chosen. Select the module you want to allocate to students.
(3) RTO
Displays Registered Training Organisations. Select the RTO that students are to be assigned to.
(4) Available Students
Displays the students enrolled in the class selected at (1). Select the student(s) to be assigned to the module and RTO chosen, and click Add.

To select more than one student from a list, hold the Shift key and drag (for a range of students), or the Ctrl key and click (for non-consecutive students).
(5) Selected Students - 5
Displays the student(s) assigned to the module and RTO. To remove one or more students from this list, select the student(s), and click Remove.
(6) Date
Defaults to the current date. This indicates the date students were officially enrolled in the VET module. Edit if required.
