Field names and descriptions
Route Code (M)
Type the route identification code. If the route is new add a new bus codes, see SYS Creating codes or reference information .
Route
Type a short description of the route, eg. departure site and destination.
Distance
Type the approximate distance of the route.
Bus #
Type the number of the bus as displayed on that route.
Dept. reference
Type the departmental route identification number (where applicable).
Staff Supervisor ID >>
Type or double click to select the staff identification code for the bus route supervisor.
Driver ID >>
Type or double click to select the staff identification code for the driver of the bus.
- Service Provider -
Name
Type the name of the bus service provider.
Address
Type the service provider's address.
Suburb or Town >>
Type or double click to select the service provider's suburb.
Postcode
If the suburb was typed, type the service provider's postcode. If the suburb was selected, the service provider's postcode displays automatically.
Phone
Type the service provider's phone number.
